WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO BRING MY CAR TO SERVICE?2017-09-15T14:37:36+07:00

If your Vehicle requires Service simply contact our Sales Staff and inform them the current Kilometers on your Vehicle and Make and Model of your car. Also let us know if your car require any other attention at that time besides the regular service and maintenance. Our Sales stuff will enquire with Authorized Service Dealer and revert back to you with the Cost Estimate. You than simply arrange a Date for Service and SJS will sent their Driver to collect your car and Service your Vehicle.

Once the Service has been completed the driver will return your car to you along with original invoice from dealer.

Simply reimburse the Driver in Cash plus 1,000THB for our services.

SHOULD ANY ONFORSEEN EXTRA POINTS BE RAISED BY THE SERVICE DEALER DURING THE SERVICING OF YOUR CAR THAN WE WILL INFORM YOU PRICE AND NECESSARITY OF THESE POINTS AND WILL ONLY GET THEM FIXED WITH YOUR APPROVAL

WHY IS THE COST OF A SERVICE DIFFERENT FOR EACH SERVICE?2017-09-15T15:05:24+07:00

Service costs can differ depending on a variety of factors related to the work performed on your vehicle. Should the periodic maintenance service checks performed find that your vehicle requires the replacement of brake pads, cabin air filter, spark plugs, fuel filter or other parts, the labour charges and cost of parts will cause your bill to be much higher than a routine service where these parts do not require replacement.

The service department may also recommend that you carry out a number of different component flushes to ensure that the components of your vehicle work properly for years to come. Since this flushes are costly to perform, these will also have an impact on your bill. Fell free to ask your Service Advisor if you require additional information about you bill or any services performed.

Genuine Parts are also model specific, so you can rest assured your vehicle isn’t being fitted with “one size fits all” parts, as in the case with some non-genuine parts.

If you’ve had your vehicle serviced by SJS for the length of its warranty, you’ll find that it’s in excellent condition. So why risk going any else now?

When entering the driveway of SJS, proceed to the top of the driveway and make a left into the Service Department.

One of our helpful Service Advisors will be happy to carry out a Road Worthy Inspection.

If you would like to get your Vehicle Valuated, please contact our Sales Staff and provide them with Make, Model, Year, Kilometer and general Condition of the Vehicle and they will revert back to you with current Diplomatic Market Value of your Car.

WHERE DO I GO IF I NEED AN ESTIMATE FOR REPAIRS IN CASE OF DAMAGED VEHICLE?2017-09-15T15:44:55+07:00

In case you have damaged your car and require repairs and an estimate of the Cost simply sent an email to our Sales Manager along with some pictures and a brief description of the damage. We will revert with proposed repair and cost estimate.

If you wish to proceed with the repairs we wil arrange a date and sent a driver to collect your Vehicle. Once the repairs have been completed we will return the Vehicle to you along with original invoice which you simply need to reimburse in Cash to the Driver, plus 1,000 THB for our services.

IN CASE ADDITIONAL DAMAGE WILL BE SPOTTED WHILE YOUR VEHICLE IS UNDERGOING REPAIRS WE WILL INFORM YOU PRICE AND NECESSARITY OF THESE POINTS AND WILL ONLY GET THEM FIXED WITH YOUR APPROVAL
