DOOR TO PORT
Our Japan office will acquire a vehicle according to your specification and deliver to the port of your choice in the same condition the vehicle was purchased.
The following services are included in the price agreed.
Our Japan office will arrange :
- Procuring a vehicle according to your specifications.
- Transport vehicle to the port in Japan.
- Process customs clearance in Japan.
- Deregister the vehicle in Japan.
- Arrange shipping to the port of your choice.
Deliver all shipping documents to you, to start the import process.

Our Japan office will acquire a vehicle according to your specification and deliver directly to your door.
The following services are included in the price agreed.
Our Japan office will arrange :

- Arrange shipping to Port in the country of your choice.

- Transportation from the port of your choice to our Pre-Delivery-Inspection serivce Center.
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspection as well as fully service your vehicle.
- Repair any dents and scratches.
- Ensure tyres are in good condition and replace if not roadworthy.
- Replace Japanese radio system with International CD player / radio.
- Ensure vehicle has spare wheel, vehicle jack and tool kit.
- Deliver vehicle with 2 remote keys.
- Polish and clean the vehicle to retail ready condition.
- Deliver the vehicle to anywhere.
- Arrange necessary documents for your vehicle registration in collaboration with your admin staff.
- SJS will provide a 3 year or 100,000KMs which ever occurs first warranty for any NEW vehicle.
- SJS will provide a 3 or 6 months USED vehicle warranty.

We require a deposit to confirm your order which is 100% REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has already been purchased on your behalf
Once the chassis number has been provided, the outstanding balance is required within 3 working days.

SJS Japan Office will prepare all export & customs documents in preparation of exportation from Japan and arrange transportation of your car to the Port of Yokohama in order to prepare its shipment to Thailand.
SHIPMENT
SJS Japan will Load and Lash your Car on the Ship for safe transportation to Port of Laem Chabang in Thailand.

IMPORT PROCESS
Once your Admin has returned us all relevant Documents (DP1) after receiving them from MOFA. SJS will forward these Documents to Bangkok Customs Office in order to apply for Form 32.
PREPARATION CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
SJS will take all relevant Documents to Customs Office in Bangkok to apply for Delivery Order of Vehicle

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
Once Form 32 was issued SJS witll proceed to clear you car out of port of Laem Chabang.
RELEASE OF VEHICLE
SJS will clear your Vehicle from port and arrange in land transportation of your car to our Bangkok Location.
PRE DELIVERY INSPECTION
Once your Vehicle reached our Bangkok location, we will conduct a Pre Delivery inspection and Fully service your Vehicle ensuring we will deliver your car to you in showroom like condition.
DELIVERY OF VEHICLE
Once Pre Deloivery Inspection and Service of your Car has been completed SJS will deliver the Car to your door step SJS will provide all original documents along with the Vehicle at time of delivery.
STORAGE INVOICE
SJS will forward original port storage invoice to you after release of your Vehicle from port and prior to vehicle delivery to you.
The Storage Fee is to be settled in Cash at time and place of delivery of your car.
